Jeroen has a passion for sports and did many sports when he was younger. Started playing football as a small kid and as a 12-year old boy watched the original 'Dream Team' dominate the 1992 Olympics and since then basketball was and still is his sport. However, since discovering CrossFit in 2014 he experienced how fun CrossFit classes are and how incredibly fit you get when you join a class regularly. His mission in life is now to help as many people as possible get fitter than they ever thought possible. He is especially interested in the people who do not have a background with a lot of sports and his goal is to make sure they also experience what regular training will do for your health, energy and self-esteem.
Remco is a passionate coach with a unique background in sports coaching, addiction care, and the Commando Corps. Known for his balance of military discipline and heartfelt empathy, he helps people break limiting patterns, build resilience, and reconnect with their inner strength and emotions. As an ultra-athlete and boxer, Remco believes discomfort drives growth. His tough love coaching style is honest, supportive, and transformative, empowering you to take ownership of your life and embrace lasting change.

You will do CrossFit at our box CrossFit Zeeburg. A really fun and constantly varied workout! We make the workouts for you and they only last one hour for maximum efficiency. And the best thing: the workouts are designed to make sure you lose fat, shape your body, get stronger and more confident about yourself.
You will receive 1-on-1 coaching so you will exactly know how to eat to lose fat. No hunger and with delicious food! We will give you lists with products that are good to eat and what not so good to eat. You will also receive delicious recipes for inspiration. If you don't like certain foods or maybe you don't want to eat meat? No problem! We make a plan based on your personal preferences.
We are there for you! A team of trainers and the nutrition coach will guide you along the way. Every week you have a one-on-one session with our nutrition coach to measure progress and talk about how things are going. In a private online group you can ask us questions, motivate each other, and share recipes and ideas. The real power is in the constant coaching and working together with a group!
